Iddo Gruengard

Iddo Gruengard is an actor, interdisciplinary artist and disability arts advocate from Tel Aviv. A wheelchair user since a motorcycle accident at 22, he trained in the Meisner Technique at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York and later at Central Saint Martins in London. His work spans TV, film, music videos and live performances, and he once produced what may have been Israel’s sexiest inclusive fashion show, Disabled and Sexy. Always up for a challenge, Iddo has jumped out of planes, climbed an Aztec pyramid using only his hands, and navigated the sandy chaos of Burning Man in a manual wheelchair.
